OHS digital products are purchased and delivered through Gumroad. Checkout, payment processing, account functions, and transaction-specific terms presented by Gumroad or on the applicable product listing also apply to the purchase. You can review the Gumroad Terms of Service.

3. License to purchased materials

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, a purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-transferable right to use the purchased OHS materials for the buyer’s own personal or internal business use. The materials may not be resold, redistributed, repackaged, posted publicly, shared as a substitute for additional purchases, or presented as another party’s product without written permission from OHS.

4. Intellectual property

OHS names, branding, original written materials, frameworks, layouts, and other original content remain the property of Orion Hale Systems LLC or their applicable rights holders except where otherwise stated.

5. AI and professional judgment

OHS AI-related materials are operating and educational resources, not a guarantee of any particular AI output or business result. AI-generated information can be incomplete or wrong.
