CLEAR INFORMATION ABOUT DATA & PRIVACY.
This notice explains the main categories of information involved when you visit the OHS website, contact OHS, or purchase an OHS digital product through Gumroad.
Last updated: September 18, 2026
1. Information connected to website visits
Orion Hale Systems uses WordPress.com/Jetpack infrastructure. Like most hosted websites, technical information may be processed when you visit, such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, and cookie or similar technical data used for security, functionality, and analytics.
2. Information you send to OHS
If you email OHS, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your email address, message, and any attachments or order references you include.
3. Purchases through Gumroad
OHS digital products are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Gumroad processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy and security practices. OHS may receive purchaser and order information that Gumroad makes available to creators for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and customer service. OHS does not need your full payment-card number to provide ordinary product support.
4. How information is used
Information may be used to operate and secure the website, understand site usage, answer support requests, fulfill or troubleshoot purchases, maintain business records, improve OHS products and pages, and comply with applicable obligations.
5. Service providers and external links
The site and purchase flow rely on third-party services including Automattic/WordPress.com/Jetpack and Gumroad. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to data they process. You can review the Automattic privacy notice for visitors and the Gumroad privacy policy. OHS pages may also link to external websites; OHS does not control the privacy practices of those sites.
6. Retention
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including support, transaction records, security, accounting, and legal obligations.
7. Your choices
You can limit optional browser cookies through your browser settings. You may contact OHS about a privacy question or request involving information OHS directly controls. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
8. Updates
This notice may be updated as the website, products, or service providers change. The current version posted here controls.
